Journal
What the journal means and which events can be described publicly.
English localization is preserved as a draft. It uses the same claim IDs and status model as the Russian source, but remains noindex until editorial review.
The journal is a user or support view of safe events: access requests, runtime commands, heartbeat/result summaries and errors when available in a read model. It must not reveal secrets, raw exchange responses or internal infrastructure.
This section is beta: the actual event set depends on current tables, runtime artifacts and UI read models.

- Runtime control request command.
- Heartbeat/result summary.
